Lower tier managers are usually people who have been promoted from within because they have acheived success in their job function. However the reality is that these people often have no supervisory skills or experience.
This one day workshop aims to give people with no people supervisory experience the basic knowledge they need to start on the road to management. It focuses on the leadership and interpersonal side of supervision, in development of teams and relationships, coaching and instruction, discipline and providing feedback.
