Assertiveness is the ability to express yourself and your rights in an open, non-confrontational way. For some reason though, assertiveness does not seem to come naturally because we have all learned passive behaviours to avoid confrontation.
This session will teach you how to apply appropriate assertive communication skills in your day-to-day work situation and ensure that you acquire practical techniques that will increase your effectiveness and productivity, and help you gain control of daily activities.
